FS Walker Hughes Welcomes both Shannon and Cork Airport as New Customers

Daresbury, UK 18th January 2008 - Dublin Airport Authority has awarded FS Walker Hughes with the proof of concept phase for supplying its airport database, billing and resource management solutions at both Shannon and Cork airports. The awarding of these two key airports in Ireland is testament to the commited working relaitionship DAA and FS Walker Hughes share. The airport management system will ensure both airports and members of the airport's community have all the detailed information they require to operate and manage their businesses effectively. The billing module will enable all the airport's fees such as landing charges or passenger fees are accurately calculated and invoiced.

Both airports have very positive growth forecasts and the resource management tool will ensure they accurately allocate their stands, gates, check-in desks and baggage carousels.
